The minimum rental period is 24 Hours. Half day rent is charged for the first 6 hours. Full day rent is applied if the time exceeds 6 Hours

Yes, if he/she is having visit visa. The client cannot drive on an international driving license if he / she has a residence visa.

Excess Insurance Charges are insurance-related charges in case the contract is not covered with SCDW insurance. Autobahn provides the vehicle with SCDW Insurance.

The following procedures must be observed –

• Call the Traffic Police immediately.
• Contact any of our nearest branches for assistance and advice.
• Obtain Police Report for insurance and repairs.
• If covered by SCDW immediate replacement will be provided without any payment, only if the accident is supported by a Police Report. All the claims are subject to acceptance by the Insurance Company.

Yes. Delivery and collection charges are applicable according to the locations. We offer complimentary hire and off-hire services at any of our branches.

Any traffic fines incurred to be cleared within 1 working day of intimation, failing to which will incur a service charge of AED 25 or 10 % whichever is higher

Salik toll fee crossing will be charged with AED 1 as service charge.
